Ulquoira (pronounced Ooh-ki-yo-ra) reminds us of Naruto's Uchiha Itachi. The cool, calm, and powerful one among the "bad guys society". Like Itachi, he fights with minimal physical movements, is not exactly the most chatty individual, and is more or less non-confrontational (so far in the anime series anyway. Ep. 165 have just aired when this was written). Looks wise, Ulquoira keeps his eyes wide open, with 2 streaks of green trailing down his eyes, as if tragically forced open by extended sleep deprivation, somewhat reminiscent of Death Note's L.

So with that 'cool bad guy' template in mind, it's not surprising that we always see him strolling around with his hands tucked nonchalantly in his pockets, and not saying much.

So far, all we see of his skills is his green Cero ejected from the tip of his finger, his abilities to block powerful blasts from Ichigo and Grimmjaw, and creating holes in other people where his own hole lies. It's not much, but it's enough to illustrate how cool and powerful he is.

Ulquoira is one of Aizen's more trusted Espada, and was entrusted with the task of kidnapping Inoue Orihime, and subsequently being her dungeon master. He does that job with the utmost dedication; treating her almost like a personal sex slave, whipping verbal lashes of abuse. Orihime plays the 'S' part of being verbally spanked into submission well too. All in all, they seem to be enjoying whatever they're doing.
